The pair met in 1986 and married in 1987. Who knew that the small ceremony would lead to lifelong happiness! Pam Dawber went on a hiatus from acting to raise the couple’s sons. This may have been one of the keys to their happy lives.
The couple believes that part of what made their relationship work so well was that they married when they were both in their thirties. So they feel that they were more mature and ready to settle down fully without making the stupid mistakes that many young people make that botch up their relationships. They also swear by keeping their private life – well, private!
